Can I place an order over the telephone?
Yes. Feel free to call us anytime at 773/ 271-6112 to place an order. We would love to help you with any telephone orders or questions you may have. If our lines are busy, please leave a message and one of our agents will make every attempt to respond to your inquiry by the end of the business day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, Mastercard, DISCOVER CARD and debit cards.
What are the contract terms when activating a new wireless plan?
We are able to offer special prices and promotions on each wireless phone when our customers activate a new wireless plan and enter into a one-year (with the option of a two-year) service agreement with the cellular provider of their choice. TELEVOX CONNECT INC. also offers phones for purchase without activation, but, unfortunately, is unable to offer any discounts or rebates with that cellular purchase.
Are there any penalties for canceling my cellular service early?
If you cancel your contract BEFORE 12 consecutive months, TELEVOXX will charge a cancelation fee, your cellular carrier will also charge a cancellation fee of $200.00 (please see individual terms and conditions for the carrier of your choice). If you cancel your contract within the first 4 months of service, or your account is in default, you will be charged fees by Televoxx . In addition, any phones that have been shipped, opened, and used by the customer (unless they are defective), may be returned, but no refunds will be issued, and all applicable fees will still apply.an addional restocking fee of $60.00 will apply.
